The Feldenkrais Method contains over 1000 Awareness Through Movement lessons which are spoken aloud to guide your body through movements. Functional Integration is a hands-on technique where I will gently introduce/re-introduce movements to your body to help you drop into your parasympathetic nervous system. It is from this place that your body can integrate new information and heal.
The Feldenkrais Method can help with a variety of ailments such as relief from chronic pain, anxiety, migraines, scoliosis, recovering from stroke and traumatic brain injury, recovering from injury, improved athletic performance and more.
